Benchmarking

The Benchmarks page shows how your practice compares to the de-identified registry — no PHI, no BAA. The comparison is computed from HIPAA Safe Harbor de-identified data, so it never exposes patient information and needs no business associate agreement. As elsewhere in analytics, only completed births count.

Until your practice has any courses of care recorded, the page shows “No benchmarks yet” and points you at the Capture screen to add or import births.

Once you have records, the page compares Your practice against the Registry aggregate (all practices):

  • Headline indicators — your key rates beside the registry aggregate, in a chart and a table (Indicator, Your practice, Aggregate).
  • Mode of birth mix — your birth-mode breakdown against the aggregate.

These coarse benchmarks are free, always. Because they’re computed from de-identified data, small samples are noisy — read the n alongside each rate.

An Advanced analytics panel sits below the free benchmarks. On a plan that doesn’t include it, it’s marked Paid with an Upgrade to unlock button and the note “Your coarse benchmarks above are free, always. Upgrade to unlock the registry’s depth.” The paid tier adds:

  • Accreditation-report automation — CABC Indicator & ACNM Benchmarking submissions, generated for you.
  • Advanced & longitudinal analytics — trends over time, risk-adjusted and sub-cohort breakdowns.
  • Research & cohort exports — MANA-shaped de-identified datasets for studies and registries.

When your plan includes it, the same panel shows Included in your plan and a Generate an accreditation report action instead.

Provider-level stats (My stats) are available to participating practices — the provider-stats surface sits behind the partner-EHR integration beta and the registry provider-stats entitlement, so it appears only for practices enrolled in that program.

  • Dashboard — the at-a-glance summary of your practice.
  • Statistics — build your own time series, distributions and comparisons.
